Computer Fastener

Last August 12, 2009, after we had attended in TESDA LSI building a siminar for Renewable Energy with R. Talion and engineer D.D. Dinguel, at about 7 pm at Bldg. 5  I (Allan Poe Bona RedoƱa) had discussed to PSME/OEMAP inventor Ronald Talion and, on the desk of, senior TESD specialist Luz DG. Galang an ALLIGATOR CLUTCH to temporarily fasten the CPU and computer monitor on a board or table so that when a too strong earthquake jigged the board (table) the computer would still firmly standing on the board and if in case of a conflagration (fire) the computer can be detached by just opening the jaws of the alligator fastener.
It is an invention, which came to my mind after I realized that the computers of my elementary classmate, Luis Belmonte, are prone to destruction if a strong earthquake and fire hit his computer caffee.
Besides of the simple alligator fastener is a screwed al-fastener, where which the alligator clutches are permanently nailed on the board or table. All of these are APBR comfas (computer fastener).
(Additional: During conversation with Mr. R. Talion and L. Galang, I also made mention of a DREAM INDUCER instruments, which I have discovered to reduce the more hearsays about dream production in many Psychology books. Ma’am Luz DG. Galang was very accommodating and she lend me her time after Mr. Ronald Talion left us & went out to his other important works.
Note: Engineer D.D. Dinguel is a Pilipino inventor who inveneted a car runned not by gasoline but by ordinary water.)
